A ways down the road just as we got into Idaho we came across this rather odd looking tree. We actually double-backed to make sure we saw what we saw.Apparently there is some sort of tradition from local high school kids to throw their sneakers up into this tree...and the tree is loaded full of all sorts of shoes.
After spending the night in Nyssa we headed out for yet another warm day of traveling...on to Jackson and the Tetons.
